Dr. Luks is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon who is the Chief of Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at University Orthopedics, PC and Westchester Medical Center and New York Medical College. He has experience training Orthopedic Surgeons and he has a full time academic appointment as an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Medicine at New York Medical College. He is an Attending Orthopaedic Surgeon at Westchester Medical Center, specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopy. Dr. Luks is also one of the few doctors in New York, and perhaps the only doctor in Hudson Valley, performing the Double Bundle ACL reconstruction for instability of the knee. He received his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College and completed his medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He completed his Residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He finished his Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Hospital for Joint Diseases.
